We're the research arm of Oenra. We run blind evaluations across still, sparkling, and fortified wine, publish field notes, and partner with leading producers to test what's coming next. The Network is who we hire for that work.

Sommeliers, cellar hands, tasting panellists, buyers, importers, and wine educators. We hire by palate. Your notes matter more than your résumé.

Pick a role card to start. Each application takes about 10 minutes: a tasting record and a few palate questions. If there's a fit, we send a paid trial flight within two weeks.

Up to $100/hr depending on role and seniority. Some flights are flat-fee per panel. Paid through Oenra, no platform fees taken from your rate.

We match flights to people based on the notes you've shown us and your intake answers. You can pass on anything that doesn't feel right.

Yes. Authorship stays with you. If your notes appear in a Labs publication, you get a byline.
